Brilliant if cooked slowly very tender and very tasty
Tasty and tender and beautifully presented cooked slower than suggested though and in Pyrex dish with lid on to add a bit of steam

After cooking there was like 1cm layer of fat left in the cooking tray, so definitely not suitable for people watching their waist. But it was tasty!
