Was working just fine. Liked the water catch tray under the hinge. Liked the even cooking.Did not like that the non stick came off of the inner pot, even with careful cleaning.Did not like that the unit died only 1.5 years into being used.I have no clue what the warrantee for this is, or if there is even one. I have no clue how to contact whatever company in China that makes this product.

Not your typical make enough for a family of 4 rice cooker. This thing is huge and would provide enough rice for an army. It is definitely a commercial type cooker. High quality, multifunctional, easy to use cooker. If you’re ordering to make rices or other things too, for a large volume of people, this thing is perfect. Pot instructions indicate to put rice in their measuring container, add to pot and then fill the pot to the cup water cup level on the inside of the pot…whereas the rice bag directions show 1.5 Cups of water to 1 Cup of rice…which is correct? I am testing now with long grain rice…

I guess it would’ve been smart for me to really look at the size of this thing before buying it LOL. This thing is absolutely huge, I will tell you one thing it is very good at cooking rice! This would be good for any type of restaurant or anywhere that was needing to cook large quantity of rice! It came in super fast!
