I haven't used the oil on my hair. Just on my food.

The bottle says: in each serving there’s 7g of Omega 3, 5g of Omega 6, and 1g of Omega 9. The serving size is 1 Tbsp. with 17 servings per container.

If you read further, the description is for 4-Stress, not Sacha Inchi Oil. Computer glitch, evidently.
