I just started. It's my first time drinking and it taste soo bad. Pungent fishy smell too. Whoever don't like that smells and expects no flavour don't opt this. It has some weird taste.

There’s a strange smell, and it left an odd aftertaste. Also, instead of being easy on the stomach, I’ve been experiencing occasional stomach discomfort, which makes it hard to keep using consistently. For the price, the quality just doesn’t match up. Overall, this felt like a complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for real, noticeable benefits.
