A wonderful glue that does a job others can't.
I bought this when desperate to find something that would really hold the knots in a clear plastic cord I use to string large beads in a bracelet. The plastic is elastic so that the bracelets don't need fasteners, but some other glues I have used couldn't stand up to the stress of being pulled this way and that. (The cord in question is "POWERCORD, Clear 1.0mm, #1708BS, in case anyone else is having the same problem.) E6000 glue held for awhile, but then the knot I had used it on came undone. Several bracelets with G-S Hypo have been going strong for over a year or more. I am still amazed that G-S holds slippery plastic cord so well. Not only the quality of the glue, but the very fine tip where the glue comes out, is noteworthy. This tip, about the thickness of a thick hypodermic needle, fits right into the square knots I tie in the cord, and the G-S begins to harden fast enough so that I can hold the tension on the knot until it "takes," after which I do not use the bracelet and put a strain on it for about 24 hours, just to make sure. Another point (big!) in favor of G-S is that the cap contains a very thin needle that fits down into the dispenser nozzle. It never gets stuck in there, but it prevents the remaining glue from being exposed to the air or oozing out of the tube. What an ingenious solution! This is important. I am still using my first tube of G-S, while E-6000, which I have used successfully for a few other types of jewelry where a hard element had to withstand a degree of stress (like on old-fashioned tie clips), seems to lose its power rather soon. Whether that is due to its ordinary cap, I don't know, but I was very disappointed when the largish tube I had bought became worthless after just a couple of uses. I see that now the company has caught on and they are selling it in much smaller individual tubes. Anyway, G-S Hypo wins hands-down: its holding power, its cap, the thin dispenser, and the fact that it can apparently be expected to keep working until I have used all the glue in the tube have decided me to try it on other pieces as a substitute for E-6000.

Repaired my favorite watch
I accidentally dropped my only, and very sentimental, watch. Two of the small, thin chronograph dials popped out. I was cautious enough to research and learn that super glue is a horrible idea, and this was the suggested glue. In my picture, the left and right small dials were the ones which came off. No glue had to be cleaned off, either, because a tiny amount did the job, as I hoped. The picture shows the successful and completed repair. Doing research online, it was also suggested to use a toothpick for application from a puddle rather than applying it directly, because it's stringy. That was a great idea! It's very stringy and it was definitely easier to get a small amount of glue onto the tiny dials. Cleanup of excess glue can be accomplished with alcohol, but I just used a tiny amount and no residual glue existed, with the hope of avoiding tedious cleanup--success! It wasn't easy to manage since it becomes tacky and stringy quickly, but I applied a small amount onto small spots of each dial, using toothpicks, and then pushed them into their retaining spots. The tube spilled out glue so quickly that I couldn't easily put the cap back on without glue pouring out. I probably squeezed too hard to make the puddles to dip the toothpicks into, and it was just continuing to release the applied pressure of the compressed tube. Even if I can't reuse the tube (I have no other use!), for under $10 it's absolutely worth it for not wasting money on watch repair for this. If you're a careful and patient person, you can very easily repair your own watch if the problem is cosmetic, like pieces falling off of the face. It turns out that the inside of the crystal wasn't perfectly clean, either, so it looks better now than when it was new!

love the fine tip applicator and that this dries with some flexibility remaining
I used to make a lot of stretchy bracelets and I stopped for one reason or another, but I recently got back into it. I wanted something to secure the knots and somehow I came across this product. I am happy with my purchase thus far (especially since I just don't remember what I used to use...). One concern I had was how to keep the adhesive on the knot and not get it on the beads on either side, but this has such a small applicator (like a wire or fine needle) that it is easy to dispense a very small amount of glue in a very precise area. I let this dry for a few days, never paid attention to how long (but I like to err on the side of caution). It seems clear and flexible after drying, but it is holding knots my stretchy cord pretty well. This is best for non-porous surfaces, according to the package. My elastic cord is non porous, at least on the macroscopic level that I can see. I am also keeping this around for jewelry repair (e.g., putting rhinestones that fall out of costume jewelry back in their settings), though I have not had occasion to try that use yet. However, the precise applicator tip would definitely be useful in such a situation. This package has a lot of safety warnings about using it in a well-ventilated area and such. I am not too worried about that because of the extremely small amounts I am using at a time, but if you are gluing in large numbers of rhinestones, cabochons, etc., you may need to pay more attention to the warnings. This is NOT superglue (no cyanoacrylate). It is supposedly flammable and must travel via ground, so it may not arrive in two days. But, one tube is fairly large considering the amount of product you use at once, so it will last a long time.

Won't stop spilling out
This is a really strong glue. Works fast. And it's good for my beading projects. My only complaint is the hole is super tiny to close it back up. So therefore if I leave it open it will continue to spill out of the tube which wastes a lot product

Best glue for jewelry making!
Thus is the best glue for jewelry making. The small needle nozzle allows for accuracy without applying too much to the area. I've used this glue for years without any issues and it remains clear (no discoloring).

What I Like - an extremely handy way to put adhesive where you need it in an almost exact fashion. The precision applicator functions really well and makes it much easier to use and pinpoint your target. A really durable hold that I trust to hold jewelry knots. A good value for money which I consider a bonus. What I Don’t Like - Nothing yet.
