White Rye Flour 1 Gal

If you are a baker and want a good quality rye flour this is good. I add some of this to my sourdough loaves and it’s perfect. Not even noticeable in taste but helps with texture and gives some different nutrition notes.

I'm trying my hand at baking an old rye bread recipe that calls for white (light) rye flour. At around $5/lb this flour is pretty expensive but I've not been able to find comparable product locally. I'm just happy to have found a source that provides a quality product!

This is exactly what I needed to make Rye bread for my husband but maybe a smaller container next time. This is the only size in white rye flour I can find. This will last me several months as we don't make the bread very often.
