But u live u learn! I thoroughly recommend this bowl! Its ceramic, high back stops escaping food! Pair it with the guru table comes with very good slip mat. Wide shape fir whisker fatigue! Ollie approves, except when the last bit of his food gets stuck at the back of the bowl, (I used to just turn his bowl round but can't do that with this so now just scoop it to the front lol) I really like this bowl!

Highly doubt this is ceramic, but it's a good imitation, just hope it's non toxic! I keep finding black marks on it but they wipe off easily. That does not happen with ceramic. Other than that, on functionality it is fantastic! I bought it as my BSH is a messy eater and her food goes everywhere when she eats. Due to the high sides of the bowl, the food stays in the bowl and zero mess, it is hands down the best cat bowl I've ever used and have gone through many.Generous size and a wide lower front opening for food is appreciated & no whisker issues. It is also nice & shallow and aesthetically pleasing. And most importantly - the cat likes it!
