I ordered 3 of these signs and they all came in one package, worked perfectly, and had no missing parts. The kids loved them and this gift solidified my standing as best uncle ever. The kids looked at these things like something straight out of the future and they were thrilled to see their names "up in lights".The signs each came with a power supply, removable on/off switch, remote control, mounting hardware, and instructions. In the photos, two of the signs are hung by chain and the other sign uses drywall fasteners (both options are included with each sign.) Both methods were a quick install.As a nice surprise, these signs "burn cool" and don't put out any heat at all. They were also much, much brighter than I was expecting and, while the colors can't be changed, there are quite a few "effects" accessible with the remote control. The photos here show the signs in a dark room using the dimmest setting. As you can see, they're still fairly bright and they actually work great as a full-room nightlight for the younger kids. Even with the bedroom light on, these signs are highly visible when using the dimmest setting.One thing to note is that if you have multiple signs close together, a single remote will control them all simultaneously – this could be handy, or it could be annoying, depending on your setup. Batteries for the remotes are not included.All in all, I think these signs would look great in any space and they have a lot of thrill-factor as a gift so I would definitely buy again.

I got two of these, one for each of my granddaughters who are 10 and 12. These are going to be their main Christmas presents. I tested them out, and they look very good and work just fine. I know my granddaughters are going to think that they are so cool!

I bought this for my granddaughter, but all my teens and 20s girls wanted one after they saw hers! Lots of choices for colors and styles. Not too long a wait for arrival. A great gift for the money!

I bought the neon sign for my daughter as a Christmas gift. The product was supposed to arrive 2 days before Christmas, but it did not arrive until the day after. Once received, the sign was very well packaged, and was super easy to set up. The sign has three lighting settings and they all are of good quality - very bright and will easily light up a room. The sign also comes with hooks, a chain, and wall mount for hanging. Before setting up, make sure to take the film off of the back. Overall, the product is awesome, my daughter loves it, and I'd highly recommend.

I purchased this item for a friend so she can have her online handle lit up in the background during her live streams. I am impressed with this neon sign.Some of the earlier reviews that have been posted were negative. I have only positive news to share.1. The sign arrived blanketed in bubble wrap within a box.2. The item showed up three days earlier than expected. This was a huge bonus because this sign also serves as a birthday gift.3. The spelling for each word and my preferred character size (lowercase vs capitalization) was correct4. Of course I needed to test its functionality to ensure it would light up. As one can see in the photo, it does.5. I added the high/low dimmer and it operates accordingly.6. The height and width of the sign is perfect. I positioned it behind my PC's keyboard to provide folks a size comparison.7. There is ample length of power cabling to include both the power brick and the line connector from the sign itself.8. I am simply impressed and look forward to seeing the recipient's reaction when I present it to her.Update: 1/30/2024A month has yet to go by since I received this item. It has already shorted out. This item is also non-returnable. Fortunately, Amazon refunded my money after I sent a photo of the malfunctioning sign. I have also included a photo of the result. The dimmer switch still works. However, the sign with all of the delicate handling of it, has ceased to function properly.
