Why did you pick this product vs others?:We have the SKY TANK filtration system installed in around May 2023, and the setup is working absolutely fine for us. Our water supply is from a borewell and this setup brings very much appreciable positive change in the quality of water, especially in treating the hardness of the water, which results in almost nil scale formation on the bathroom fittings.Hence, as required, we continue purchasing the replaceable filters.Also, a big shout out to Mr. Lokesh, for bringing this wonderful line of product and making it available at very reasonable price for the result it provides. And, not to forget to mention the excellent pre and post sales service from him is also a great reason to go ahead with Ionix products.

Review on 13th June - Delivered by Amazon on 28th May and product was installed on 12th June. Took 2 weeks as the company third party person was not available becoz they were working in some company with bulk order. Installation guy came did half Installation after removing the already placed geyser and handed over to my father saying" baad m kisi se lagwa lena" as I was not in home. This was after I had shared him picture and instructions to for Installation. He was least interested in getting things done correctly. After talking his boss, he calmed and started working. He came with Installation kit whichwas worth 3500 but lowered the value to 3000 after Father asked for discount. 3000 includes 2 connector and half metre pipe. Rest my father brought from market. Additionally 1500 was Installation charges.So a product worth 10800 has become 17000 after company kit, Installation charges and my own expense of 2500.Now company or Installation guy are responding when I asked for bill. More then money it's about trust. Will share product review after using 2-3 months which I am doubtful will be good after looking at service, product where Additional things like filters are used frequently.

I have borewall water supply in my house and it's very hard . There are lots of salts in water.
