Q: Is there a fill line? All my ice balls expell water when freezing and they have a flat bottom

This product has cracked and the end pieces have broken off. It is terrible quality and it overflows when freezing

Q: How long does it take to freeze?

It takes several hours ..or overnight which is what I did because a watched ice tray seems to never freeze ha...but I emptied them in a container so I would always have some.

Q: what is the packaging of product?

I don't remember what the packaging is but this is made out of silicone and mine came to me perfect.

Q: Will this tray work for making hot cocoa bombs? Will the melted chocolate alter the tray in anyway?

Although I have not used my trays for that purpose, I am guessing that they should work. They are made of silicone.
