Este tipo de pasta de dientes la recomiendo si sangran tus encias , la encia Sana no sangra al cepillar ni usar hilo dental . Si la encia sangra cuando te cepillas o usas hilo dental está enferma eso se llama gingivitis

Excelente producto a ayudado a mantener mis encías sanas y no hay sangrado o inflamación recomiendo usar también el enjuague y verá resultados desde los primeros usos , yo empece a ver resultados a mi 4 día de uso , el dentista también a notado la diferencia de mis encías que están más sanas
