If I could give 0 stars I would! The product may be beautiful but it's packaged in knots! I spent an hour trying to detangle it and got no where. It literally came in a square knot. In the process of detangling the decorations were falling off. If the product had been packaged in a long sleeve then folded I would have been able to open it without the tangled mess! I definitely don't want this item

This garland was really pretty and just what I was looking for! However, unwrapping it was quite a chore! It was wrapped up so tightly in the box, it took quite some time to untangle it. It was so tightly wrapped, one of the gold balls was crushed on one side. Once we got it untangled and hung, we loved it, though!

I got this to use for my newborn photos, it looks good and served it's purpose, the lighting is a nice touch, made pictures come out warmer. It was tricky when opening/untangling but we figured it out in the end.I also liked the price point, bought it when they had a decent coupon, turned out to be much cheaper than other places that sold similar garlands, as I saw them in stores being sold as $50-60. Overall it's a solid garland, the branches are bendable/adjustable so it's easy to move the leaves around to cover gaps.

I personally don’t like this garland. It is extremely stiff and doesn’t want to bend, so good luck shaping it to anything other than flat. The remote is flimsy, it actually broke when I tried getting this monster on my shelves, so I had to recreate a few pieces to get it working again (thanks dad). One of the finest qualities of this behemoth is the lights so heaven forbid the remote breaks.I couldn’t stop yelling “I hate this thing!!” on FaceTime with my mom when I first got it so she volunteered to take it when I visited her. She hates it too but found a nice flat place above the fireplace for it to hibernate this holiday season. I’ll admit it does look quite charming up there, you’d never know how big of a pain it is.All in all, I wish I didn’t get this but my mom has given it a decent home and for that I am grateful.

I ordered this garland and it was tangled up so tight I could not undo it. I had to order a replacement and the it was just as bad. I tried for nearly an hour to untangle it and it was impossible. So disappointed.

This thing…from what I could see of it…looks cheap!! Came in a giant ball that I could not untangle. if I could give it zero stars I would.

This looks lovely on my fireplace mantle. For the money, I felt it was a good value. I priced them on other sites and they were pretty pricey. I also did not want any hanging cords. And I wanted gold. So this checked all the boxes.I gave this 4 stars because as other reviewers have complained about, it was a hot mess in a tight ball. Really took some patience to try to untangle it. I too lost a few ornaments trying to untangle it. The box it came in was certainly large enough to accommodate more user-friendly packaging.

Worst experience I have ever had with a garland. It was impossible for me to unwind, had to wait on my husband to help who was also frustrated. Colors are not gold but a bright yellow.
