Depends what you need it for!
Pros:- Soft wire, lets you hold a hand held radio and move it around with out feeling the cable is yanking on the radio- 3m tape (haven't put it on, but i know those hold pretty good)- You don't have to worry about antenna waving around the car, and it would be seating on the glass- It came and wasn't brokenCons:- Not much / or any better then stock antenna- Much smaller then I expected- Again no improvement on my stock rubber ducky (but if you radio is in a cup holder down low, antenna would be higher (maybe better reception?))

Small but mighty
For a little antenna the quality of reception is amazing. The only downside is the coax separates from the BNC housing easily had to reattach.
