Trinity Hyperion - Micro Dynamic in-Ear Headphone

LOVE them. I need to purchase another pair so I will have a back. I'm continuing to look for them at a lower price although there are worth full retail price, I am on disability which greatly limits my resources. I am quite happy with the construction, small size and the large supply/variety of tip covers, The "L" shaped adapter had been a great thing for me. I have one negative though--I wish they had a mic and volume button on them. I use them almost every night at a low volume for music as I go to sleep. MOST IMPORTANTLY: the frequency response is awesome. The lows are rich, the mids are great and the highs come through without the 'tinny' sound most buds have. Heck I even like the triangular shaped carry case.While this review is completely honest, if I were sent another model, or next generation to review, I would be happy to do so. Big things do come in small packages.... Incredible depth and range from these micro-size ear buds. So small, comfortable and discreet that you can forget that you have them in. So many different types of bud customization that can adapt to any ear size from Dumbo to Tinkerbell. Once seated in the ear, the base range is dynamic and driving; the mid-range is nicely muted and the tones are high with some crispness. The sound channels offer a distinctive separation that allows for discovering new sounds from old songs with an 'in your head' surround-sound experience.

Phenomenal headphones !! I have always liked Sennheiser headphones, but I read a great review on CNET for these headphones and decided to give them a try. They have not disappointed, do not waste your money on Beats Audio or Bose

I bought 2 pairs after did some research: one with mic for phone and the other with braided cord which is super flexible and looks cool. Hyperion sound is clear, bright (in the good way), easy to drive, at 3/4 of volume setting is very loud for me. This IEM is excellent for vocal music which I listen most of the times. Buds are easy to put on once you settled on which of the 6 tips to use; I like the memory foam ones. IEM is one piece metal shell that ensure its durability, a SOLID value IEM. Because I like Hyperion so much, I splurged on a higher model, Atlas, that just came out in Jan. Atlas has tunable filters and "deeper" stage, excellent piece of technology. Trinity service is top notch, I had an issue on Hyperion just before Christmas, emailed Bob and he promptly contacted me and fix it, can't beat that!.. J
