Got an odd batch this time.
Not exactly what is pictured. My most recent order came from OrionDeals with just the headphones in clear zip-lock bags. It is also sort of mix-and-match. :) I had ordered three headphones and they came like this:#1. Just the headphones (no peel-off scratch protector)#2. The headphones with scratch-protector and sleeve over the mic/button assembly (usually get them in this manner)#3. The headphones with a different shaped scratch-protector, "HTC" stamped on the back of each earphone, the red button is not centered and the hole for the mic is on the opposite side. Clearly this one is really an oddball.I have ordered these exact headphones several times before (from other vendors: TronicSpot, PMG Dist, House of Stuff) and they all came exactly as pictured in sealed, opaque, barcoded bags each with two sets of large/small sized earpieces in a smaller bag, peel-off scratch protectors behind each earphone and a protective sleeve over the mic/button.Having said all that, this latest order of headphones works and sounds perfectly fine. You are out of luck though if you have small or big ears. Just really sketchy to get three different variations in one order when all of my previous orders were 100% consistent.-John

Met my already low expectations?
For the price range these headphones are in, I didn't expect phenomenal sound out of them. I didn't even expect good sound, so my review is scaled with that in mind. If I compared all headphones to my Grado or Etymotics everything would get one star; these headphones aren't intended to compete in that class.First, the good. The mic pickup on this headset is surprisingly good, or so I've been told. The sound is clear and loud enough that I don't need to worry about the direction towards which I'm speaking. I have tried four other headsets recently and my colleagues say this is the best so far.But....The sound on these headphones leaves much to be desired. The treble is washed out, and the midrange muffled. They are fairly bass heavy, but not in a techno thump thump thump bass (that would cost more money) but more in the way Beats headphones overemphasize the bass by choking the mid to the detriment of sounding good.I bought this headset for my HTC One M7 and apparently this claims to be the OEM set for the AT&T version of that phone. After doing some poking around on the internet, there is a suggestion that this is in fact a rebranded low-end Beats headset. It would make sense, given that the phone is Beats branded and the Beats feature on the phone, as near as I can tell, is to make other headphones sound as crappy as these. For the headphones alone I would have given this 1 star, but because my colleagues were so effusive about the mic quality I felt an extra star was warranted. Keep in mind you are buying a cheap but serviceable headset. If you like muffled, bass-heavy sound and could do without rich mid-tones or high notes, these will be perfect for you.

Not bad at all...
Purchased a HTC One (M8) just a week ago. Really liked the headphones included, so went looking for replacements.Found these on Amazon...read reviews....purchased from A to Z Mobile. Can only find a couple differences, probably just a tooling difference in the manufacturing process, as I can't hear or see any difference in sound or build quality.Sound wise, these represent themselves exactly the same as the HTC branded set that comes with the 2014 HTC One (M8) US version. I tried several different music genres, artists, some bass heavy artists, some light (treble) heavy symphonies....can't hear a difference at all. I'm no audiophile, but I should mention I have 4 various headsets in rotation (of about 8), as well as having 3 headphone amps (two portable and one tube desk amp).Build wise, the only differences I can find, 1-no HTC branding on the right/left earbuds, 2-button on the mic is centered on the area for the mic (instead of being near the top on the HTC version), and the MIC hole is on the back of the button area (opposite the button) as opposed to being on the same side as the button (on the HTC version). Will probably pick up another...as these types of headsets seem to last me about a year before having cord issues with daily use.

Great with HTC - standard pair stopped working so I ordered these
Prior to these, I hated ear buds, but these actually fit comfortably and naturally in my ear and block out incredible volumes of sound. I swore by the standard iphone headphones forever, but these are just as good if not a little better (in my book). These come standard with the HTC One and the pair that came with my phone actually stopped working only with my phone for some reason. I was skeptical about ordering these because I thought the problem was the headphone jack in the phone with the "3 line" earphones, but these work perfectly, so if you're looking at these for the same reason, they work fine.As far as shipping, i received these by the ETA given and no pieces were missing. Will purchase from again in the future if there are any problems.

Poor quality and liability of intellectual property right ...

Poor Quality
These headphones look the exact same as the HTC headphones that come with your phone but the sound quality is definitely inferior compared to the originals.
