Holy Lamb Organics Quilted Ultimate Wool Deep Sleep Mattress Topper - KING

THIS IS FRAUD. This is the single most nightmarish purchase I’ve made on Amazon. This item was no where near 3 inches thick and more like 1 and a half inches thick . After receiving this item I went and looked at the Holy Lamb website that says that the Deep sleep topper is only 1.5-2 inches thick. That is just half the thickness of what is claimed in this listing by this seller. I also called Holy lamb and they said they do not give anyone the right to sell their products on Amazon and that the seller is fraudulently selling their item without their permission, if it’s even their topper. I will say the item is well made and smells like quality wool. It’s just utterly useless to me because it’s not a thick topper at all and is only half the thickness it’s described to be. It goes completely flat if you press on it. It also is not the width of a twin bed. But the biggest nightmare is this item is sitting at Kohls having not moved since I dropped it off for almost two weeks now . Now it says delayed and I got a message after initiating refund that it would take more than 30 days to refund me. I have spent hours on the phone with Amazon dealing with this nightmare and hung up on by multiple supervisors. They do not care that it’s fraud. The worst part is I was in a serious car wreck with a spinal injury, which is why I ordered this topper and it’s made it difficult to order another topper because my money is being held even though I returned the item and it was fraudulently misrepresented. At one point after many calls an Amazon supervisor told me she was connecting me to a special dept and requesting they initiate the refund and then I was connected to that dept and to someone who told me I was lying about being in a car wreck and lying about the supervisor requesting I be refunded. The level of malevolence in that is unspeakable given that I ordered this product because I was seriously injured. I’ve already canceled several of my subscriptions over this experience and am looking to find other companies to source most of my regular purchases from because this had been such a nightmare. But most disturbing of all is Amazon doesn’t care it’s selling fraudulent items. It’s unbelievably who ever this seller is is charging $550 for this product while misrepresenting it and fraudulently claiming to be selling a Holy Lamb topper when Holy Lamb told me over the phone no one is allowed to sell their toppers on line.

I love this topper and would have awarded it 5 stars except the covering has already begun to show small holes and the ties in the quilting are coming loose. It is not subject to harsh treatment but is handled with care. It's not as thick and plush as I thought it would be, but when I sleep on it I feel wonderful. I feel cozy, comfortable and am neither too hot or too cold. I did install a thin foam topper below the wool topper since I use this for my RV. I am wondering if i will need to do repairs or have it recovered. For the money it seems it should be sturdier,but overall since it provides a wonderful sleep, I am happy.

Amazing!!!First, quite enjoy opening a package and it doesn’t smell of chemicals.This is very thick and basically changed the bed entirely; feels like sleeping on a huge pillow that is perfect.

Great product - very comfortable, using it in our Winnebago to improve the sleep experience. Best mattress cover/pad I've ever in vested in.

Bought this off their website, wish i had gotten it here, much cheaper than what i paid. Anyway, I like it, but still not comfortable on my side. My back and belly love it. At this time, i have slept on it for three nites now. I get hotflashes still, so am still throwing the covers off every now and then. Did notice, after the first nite, how rested i felt in the morning, even though sleeping on either side is still not comfortable enough. Am looking for another plush topper to put under this one. I think i need more plush for my body.
