I'm sensitive to caffeine. How much caffeine is in Brain Pep?

Because of the ingredient Kola nut,  this product does have a small to fair enough amount of caffeine. Each kola nut is said to have about 1.5-2%. This product does not give me the jitters but does "pep" me up with the caffeine it does have. Best bet would be to split the dosage (1 pill instead if 2) and see if you can handle it.

how long does Brain pep take to kick in after you take it? Is it something thats only effective if you take it everyday? Or will 2x a week work too?
