Complicated setup
Controller is rather complicated by instructions sent for pc. It’s a decent controller but I ended up buying a different one for my pc.

Off brand that doesn't properly work.
I tried giving the product a chance with multiple devices against an xbox one controller I had and it didn't work as well as the original xbox controller. So there are a few things wrong with the product that I think others will find issues with as well. This is more like a cheap representation of a madcatz controller. The box it came in just had "game controller" on it with a cheap thin plastic mold to hold it in place with the usb c to usb a cable and a dongle with a few stickers and a paper slip with terrible instructions. I had to google them and find a video in mandarin with english subtitles to figure out the buttons and the pairing mode.Construction:The controller is basically the size of a pro controller but smaller than an xbox one controller. About 85% of the size of one actually. The product page on multiple images has photoshopped it to be bigger or the hands to be smaller and that should have stopped me from buying it. Even the last image of a hand under Wake-up and Reconnect information has a small hand clearly smaller than the controller which is a lie. The shell does come off easy but there isn't any other brand really that could fit to replace it so you'd be buying from this company to be creative. The buttons are not traditional triggers and button switches. My xbox one controller had more trigger throw and this controller had around half of the throw of the xbox one controller. If you were racing or in any way needing to feather throttle it would just be too sudden. A deconstruction I found online shows it's not even a proper throttle switch. The buttons are not high mileage buttons. It's the same type you would find on a mouse but the problem with that is that mouse buttons are made to be pressed periodically with little pressure from the tip of a finger. A thumb and grip action does more damage than you think. The buttons are also poorly labeled as the start and home buttons are faded on the shell and the icons are on the buttons. Buttons are easy to manufacturer in china where this controller is from. Just sold from an amazon warehouse. The thumb sticks are alright but probably the most expensive part of the controller.Connectivity:There is no better way to put it. The controller sucks if it doesn't connect to a switch. And even a switch pro controller has better response time. Using it on a switch has some delay compared to a standard nintendo controller. Even worse when connecting to a pc or console other than a switch. They recommend using the dongle but only for pc and andriod tv. Many devices with android tv don't have a usb connection available and mostly tv's use it and you'd need to make sure your tv can use the dongle. I tried it on an android playing real racing 3 and it had significant response time sometimes a half second response to a normal xbox controller. Sometimes the controller locks up as well when on my android phone causing significant delay or just freezing so I needed to reset the controller and reconnect it. There is also an issue with the fact that while in wired mode to my android, it was charging from my phone with no way to turn it off. So you need the terrible bluetooth mode to use the controller on android. Xbox gamepass for pc was able to use the controller but again without the dongle it hardly works and even with the dongle it doesn't respond as fast as an original controller. Playing on the cloud has significant drop but gamepass cloud gaming is tollerable. With this controller it made the response time even worse. On a few test plays the controller decided to disconnect and then shut down. Turning it back on while pressing a button or moving a stick caused the action to be locked in the game. Connecting it directly using a usb c to usb a connection just negated having the wireless function so I feel cheated.Response time testing:On switchNintendo pro controller: 1msSoundfox: 3msXbox oneXbox one controller: 0.3msSoundfox: 2msPCXbox one controller(wireless bluetooth): 1msXbox one controller(usb dongle): 1msSoundfox: 4msAndroidXbox one controller(wireless bluetooth): 2msSoundfox: 5msAgain they advertise their controller using "SOMATOSENSORY" technology that is "faster than a common controller" which is another lie.Bluetooth on this device is from 2018. It doesn't work 3 years later even close to current controllers.

Great For Windows or Raspbery Pi!
I've got both Windows games and a Retro Pi system. This works with both, which is why I got it. It's a good size and feel, and it works quite well. It is responsive too. I'm happy with this purchase!
