A bit slow to ship. However, they delivered on Sunday. The hat is just what I expected and looks great on my grandson. He too is completely satisfied.

Total disappointment – damaged and mistreated hat
This is a complete piece of garbage. I just received it and upon opening the box, I found a hat that is clearly damaged. It has cuts and slashes as if someone stabbed it. The packaging offered no protection, and it’s obvious it was shipped like this — this is not shipping damage. Totally unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to be new and high quality. Also, I don’t understand why I’m receiving a product with an LPN label if I paid for a brand-new hat. This feels like a returned or defective item being resold as new. I absolutely do not recommend this purchase.
