The mantel is gorgeous.

We ordered one of the electric fireplaces. The assembly was a bit confusing at first as nothing is marked as to what piece goes with what piece. That would have been very helpful. The holograph is very realistic, but the logs need to be able to adjust to only a low glow as to not overpower the holograph. The sound is very realistic and a nice feature. For the price, our expectations were much higher based on the videos we looked at. The fire image is much better than other electric fireplaces.

We purchased a Magikflame Trinity for our mastersuite we added to our house. It is the perfect addition to a bedroom. The flame is as close to a real fire as is possible and the heater and sound reinforces the impression. The media could not be loaded. Love the sounds it makes along with flames. Sounds so real. Heater heats up a room that used to be a two car garage with no problem. Very expensive but also very nice 👍

This fire is a complete waste of money. The remote does not work with the fire and the manual controls are hard to use. I read people love the flame effect, I personally think it is very unrealistic unless you are looking at it full on. Also you need to be on the internet to use the remote!!The only good thing is the mantle surround that is very nice. Do not waste your hard earned money on this fire. I reached out to Howard, no response so I am now writing a very poor review

Don't waste your money!!! This is a $3,000 plus mistake. Customer support is horrible!

We have had our Magikflame for 6 months. We use it every evening in the cool weather. We love the look, the sounds and the optional heat. While it is pricey we were just not happy with the other options we saw on the market. We were very nervous about ordering it sight unseen, but we have no regrets now. We could not have a gas fireplace in our townhome, so electric was our only option. The sounds and the heat of the fire I find very important, it really gives you that feeling of being in front of a fire.
