The manfacture specs Body Length- 9.4 in* Total Width to include legs -11.77in, Body width without legs is *3.78 in

Bit of a weird question, but when u flip it upside down do the legs move? Are they strong?

I am not sure about this because I bought this for my nephew and he’s pretty rough with his toys. I know the legs are strong, the whole toy is strong but not sure if legs still move when upside down. I hope my answer helps.
