This is our favorite electrolyte drink. We drink it daily. The quality and taste is amazing. It dissolves easily in water. It keeps you hydrated, and smells yummy!

I purchased several flavors, including this lemon lime one. It’s good, reminds me of lemonade. I live in the southwest US, summers here are very dry and very hot. Liquid IV helps keep me hydrated when I need it. I usually make them when I go to bed so they can dissolve over night. Definitely recommend.

This stuff is amazing if you're working hard outdoors and sweating a lot. I use it when mountain biking or playing volleyball on hot summer days and it really brings me back to life. I would NOT use this as a casual drink when not active/sweating.

I play golf nearly every day and staying hydrated is almost as important for good play as keeping your eyes on the ball. I was introduced to Liquid IV during the LPGA Amateur Championship a couple years ago, and I have tried every other similar product over that time, but I keep coming back to Liquid IV. It is the best tasting option. You can get other products that are slightly less expensive per package or have like, 10 fewer calories, but they don’t bring the flavor like Liquid IV does, so they aren’t really less if you have to use 2 to get the same taste. Gatorade and Powerade have twice as many calories for the same volume of water and electrolytes, and they don’t actually taste better either.For me, Liquid IV is the unbeaten champion of the hydration drink game.

Tasty and provide energy

The lemon lime flavor tastes really good and quenches my thirst. also helps with avoiding dehydration during the hot FL summer. Would recommend!

These are perfect for hangovers. The travel size is easy to fit in your purse and dissolve easily with water. They are a little pricey but worth it. Mix, shake and easy to use.

Great stuff. My husband uses this to help with cramps and it really helps. He even uses it a half strength and it works. My grandkids drink it as lemonade and love the flavor. I could purchase this elsewhere (big box store) and it would probably cost less per packet but they only sell mixed flavor boxes. The other flavors are not to his taste so having the bags of single flavors is great for us. I am going to put it on subscription next time I buy it.
