Sponges! What can I say. LOL
These little sponges are made to fit inside the humidifier for your guitar. Sponges work great as far as sponges go but the humidifier does very little good in raising the humidity level. So I suggest save your money and buy neither of them.

Works Well
I use these sponges to help humidify two guitars. I think they work pretty well but need to be re-hydrated every 2-3 days. The water is going somewhere, right?
