This summers long grass were I live have resulted in my small lab lots of problems with walking in the high grasses with her scratching/ itching her flanks and this stuff works really well,using the pump action container wetting her coat in the chosen area and GENTLY rubbing it onto the skin under that area of coat and she stopped itching and just on the safe side used on my big lad and to say it's worked is an understatement no more problems once a week check and what ever action was needed .....result happy dogs well best friends.....the application lasts well till it's dried out of the coat it does not feel watery non smelly it's cleanish well your wetting the dogs flanks aren't you but the skin in the "itchy" area is not red and sore so it's helping alleviate to quell the intense itching as for longevity well it dries slowly and I never timed how long but not seeing my little girl not scratch that's excellent......yes recommended...

Purchased as my pooch was itching excessively. Not sure if this helped or the pollen count dropped. He sneezes a lot, so not sure if he has allergies or if this helped.No smell to it.

I won't lie, I don't bath my dog very often because he avoids mud most the time. I bought this because he's been very itchy lately (no fleas or obvious irritation). It has a pleasant smell, he is still itchy but definitely an improvement and his coat is SO soft now. The scabs started to heal, and I could see fur slowly growing back in the affected areas. The photos I took aren't the worst of how it was "before", but you can still see a difference if you look closely.In conclusion, the BUGALUGS Itchy Dog Skin Relief Antiseptic Spray has its pros and cons. It did a good job of cleaning the affected areas, but it didn't seem to directly relieve the itch. However, when used alongside a neck cone, it contributed to the healing process and helped my cat's skin recover. It's not a perfect solution, but with a little extra care, it can be a part of the solution for itchy skin issues in cats.
