I have retired a small cattery but still have many cats at home. I can use these shears on ANY/ALL of them without any fuss. I cannot say enough about how Great their customer service is and how willing they are to help make everything right. The charging cord arrived in perfect working order. The device holds a charge for a long time. The heat level is not uncomfortable, even when trimming for a while. This is a great product with great customer service. I have a very old long haired cat that got really badly matted. We have tried brushing and cutting out the mats but it was near impossible. She hates being groomed anyway, but the mats were like dense carpet right up against her skin. We buzzed her over a few days so it wouldn’t be too traumatic for her, but our surprise was how much she did not mind it. She was actually purring and rubbing against the clippers. Now, because cats skin is so loose I was afraid I would cut her, but it never happened. But, in full disclosure, with her wiggliness and my not know what I was doing, the end result looks like I ran her over with a push mower! However, she is so much happier now and loves to be petted again, no more hair mats being pulled. The clippers were very easy to use and blessedly very quiet. I have used other brands of clippers on my dogs and they did not like them at all. I am very glad my husband had taken the time to check these clippers out and convinced me to try them.

Best CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I have had this product for well OVER a year! It has worked wonderfully for cutting matted cat fur all the way to trimming hair on humans delicate areas! I love that it is wireless. In fact I would say if you are looking for wireless trimmers for yourself or animal, look no further! Also after a year of I would say light to medium use I still have YET to charge it! The charge is still going strong.So after a year of trimming and haircuts, the metal teeth on the blade broke, rendering the cutting head useless. Even with a guard on it would still cut unevenly. Amazon could do nothing for me as I had already had the product for over a year. So I messaged the seller Oneisall and let them know what happened. They PROMPTLY responded and just about 4 days later I literally have a brand new replacement blade and my trimmers are good as new again!Thank you Oneisall for a great product and even more amazing customer service!

I'm sure this will be magnificent once I sort out the gazillion parts and mange to assemble everything correctly. Not for the faint of heart who never read directions. I'll be reading for some time and since it comes with a metal comb and scissors, I'm guessing that's backup if the battery runs down?

My cat has a matted rump, and long fur. Long enough that I couldn't see any mats, but started feeing them, and couldn't brush them out. I purchased this with my fingers crossed, I've used some fancy, pricey trimmers, and based on cost alone, I figured it might not work and I would return it. It worked fine, like a warm knife through butter. it's quiet enough, my cat tolerated it in increments throughout the day. At the end of the day, it was still 75% charged. He now looks like an odd little lion, and we still have some work to do, but the point being, these clippers worked great, better than expected. It comes with oil which is nice, a decent pair of scissors and a metal comb. As long as it keeps on working, it was well worth the price.

This is my first time having a cat and did not know long hair cats easily get hair matting. My girl got 2 clumps close to her butt and she kept crying and I didn't know what was going on and when I saw how close these were to her skin I realized it was painful, but combing was not going to help. I ordered it and as soon as I got I opened the box and used it. This little machine is powerful, great speed easy to use, light weight, not bulky ,charges fast, and easy to store. This machine cut through those clumps like butter and the best part is that my cat didn't even feel it. After those clumps were removed she stopped crying and went back to her normal loving self. I have a long haired cat and wanted to trim some areas where her fur sometimes gets matted. I read some reviews where people said their cat was not afraid of the noise, but didn't really expect that to be the case with my cat.Well, to my surprise she was not bothered by it at all! I was able to trim the back of her legs, neck, and tummy. She acted as if I were just brushing her and didn't mind it in the least. I definitely recommend this product.

The clipper really did cut through mats and thick fur. I use an Oster A2 for my dogs and was skeptical about an inexpensive clipper but the reviews were inspiring. My two seventeen year old cats weren’t exactly cooperative but it saved them a trip to the vet and sedation. It took less than fifteen minutes per cat and they were back in their beds napping within the hour. I contacted Oneisall for the Amazon link to the replacement blade and now have an extra on hand. I did notice a dulling of the blade by the second cat but she was the worst of the two. Now that I have a useable clipper, the cats won’t have to become so matted as they can be shaved regularly.
