Nutricost Lithium Orotate 5mg, 120 Capsules - Veggie Caps, Non-GMO, Gluten Free

This stuff works good. It takes the edge off of daily stresses, and keeps me from being grouchy. Which runs in the family. I have found 2 a day works pretty good for me. At only 2 tho, it doesn't do very good as an antidepressant. But it does keep me calm. I got it up to 4 capsules per day recently and didn't like some of the side effects. 4 a day made me have to Pee every 5 minutes, day, and night. Which was very frustrating. Plus, I could not sleep, no matter what time of day or night I took it. It also made my nose swell shut, so I had to use nose spray at night, and again in the morning. Everyday. So, I've backed it back down to 2 every morning. I guess we'll see if I can keep taking it, or if I have to get an Rx from my Dr for something else, but I've been taking this for about 4 months now, and so far so good, as long as I only take 2 (10 mg).

I obviously can't present any evidence that this works, but I think it does. I have anxiety and I fancy that when I take my lithium orotate, I am calmer during the day. Looking forward to replacing the lithium orotate with straight lithium to combat my senile agitation when I get older.
