Honestly, I bought this Yoga block as a ‘step’ to help my 150 lb Mastiff climb into the backseat of my Subaru. He just needed a little extra height to put his foot on to pull himself up. It works perfectly, so it is durable and very firm.

Whether I'm doing lunges or squats, it doesn't skid and it can hold my body weight without flattening at all.

I have some health issues and I am trying yoga to help me get healthier. This block helps me to stay in some poses that are hard for me. Defiantly worth it if you are new to yoga!

I bought this block after I realized I needed two, and I had only bought one at a local store. It came quickly and was reasonably priced. It didn't smell and I'm going to give the block many hours in yoga.

The media could not be loaded. I love my yoga block!! It's super lightweight and very sturdy! I've been using it since moment I got it. I like the fact I can just throw it in my gym bag and go! No more using someone else's yoga block!

Great for purposes other than yoga. I ordered mine for use as sanding blocks. Easily cut and custom-shaped for all contours and surfaces.
