Looks nice and keeps my expensive pen close. Not much else to say. 5 stars. Would buy again.

These are absolutely necessary for my Kaweco Skyline Sports. Without them I don’t feel that the pen has enough back-weight while writing and the cap is posted. I don’t mind the regular clips, but I feel these deluxe ones are just a smidge heavier.Glad mine didn’t come bent like some other unlucky people, because mine was also shipped in a thin bubble mailer. (I also got a glass bottle of ink shipped by Amazon a couple weeks ago, that shockingly also came in one piece.)

This KAWECO Clip Gold Deluxe is cool looking. It really speaks to the style of the Kweco pens and pencils. I grew up in the drafting room and went on to structural engineering work. This pencil is the epitamy of style and grace. Octagonal shapes move you into a world of enlightened thinking. I have the Kweco Sketch Up 5.6mm clutch gravity feed pencil in Brass. And to pair with this it Had to be the classic Gold Deluxe clip. I keep the pencil attached to the top of my shirt with this clip. It is heavy but I find the clip never has dropped this pencil. This best way is to hold the clip around the band when attaching to anything because the clip seems to slide easily. This is a big pencil and the clip has a full 1/4" wide band. But I also noticed the clip not sliding as much the more patina this pencil gets. I also love logos. The Deluxe clip has logos literally on all facet side surfaces. It includes the beautifully scripted "Kaweco" down the clip section. The circle KA-WE-CO logo is shown on the band the face 90 deg of the clip. The date "since 1883" appears above and "GERMANY" appears below. The gold plating is perfect. It's very liquid and evenly distributed and looks very thick. This is quality.

I'm glad to have found this option but it was expensive at $10 and took quite a while to get to me. (So small I assume it may have gotten misplaced more than once.)I slips on well enough and had not come off accidentally yet. I thick that would be possible depending on the situation. Would love to see dealers carry these with the pens so they can come together.

This clip fits well, has good spring action and looks beautiful on black, bordeaux.

This gold octagonal Kaweco clip is perfect for my Classic Sport fountain pen. It offsets so beautifully against the white body and coordinates with the logo on the body, cap finial, and plated nib so perfectly.The fit is very snug around the lid, and the clip aligns tight to the body which will hold securely in a pocket, on a notebook or pen holder. The embossed details are elegant and nicely finished. One quirk is that the word "Kaweco" on the clip (running top to base) appears upside down to the words "Kaweco Sport" on the lid (running base to top). The same Deluxe clip sold from other reputable fountain pen vendors also appears the same so I don't question its authenticity.So far, I've had this clip for 2-1/2 years on my pen and it has stood up to constant in-and-out, clipping and unclipping from a thick leather pocket inside my handbag. It seems very durable and hasn't splayed open or lost any of its strength. Neither has it tarnished.In all this is an affordable, functional, stylish upgrade to my pen that makes it look a lot more expensive than the original price I paid for the pen.
