Great bag for the price
Great bag for the price. I bought it a couple months ago to replace a backpack I'd had for years that I bought to hold a 17" workstation laptop. So it was a pretty big backpack. The zippers finally gave out and I'd recently purchased a 15.6" Dell XPS so I was looking for something smaller and lighter than the old pack to fit the very svelte XPS better. I haul it back and forth between work and home daily so smaller and lighter is definitely a plus. This bag fits the my XPS perfectly. It's 15.6" display but it has almost no bezel so they claim this laptop is closer to a 14" so keep that in mind. If you have a 15.6" with a normal bezel around the display it may not fit or be tight getting it in and out. But they do sell the larger size. The laptop pocket is padded pretty well. I throw my metal travel mug in the bag sometimes and it's a pretty bulky item for such a narrow bag but I don't worry that it will hurt my laptop in my normal travels. The storage is pretty good for a bag. Not as roomy as a backpack but I didn't expect it to be and that's kind of a plus for me as I tended to carry around too much junk and again I was looking to lighten the load. But it could use a couple small, secure pockets to organize smaller stuff. It only has two small pockets and they don't zip and one is really just for like a cell phone or glasses as it's narrow and deep(and padded on one side) so getting small stuff out of it would be difficult. So I just use a couple small zipper pounces to organize the small stuff and make it easy to find.I haven't traveled with it so I can't speak to that or the prolonged use comfort of the strap. You could probably fit an emergency change of clothes no problem if it's going to be your only carry on but you won't be packing for a multi-day trip like I could do with my 17" backpack. But again, I wasn't expecting to as I was pretty much just looking for a day bag.So I'm pretty happy. The quality is good and I think it will hold up for quite a while and I really like the style and several other people have commented on it too so apparently I'm not alone.

Great work bag!
Love the bag, plenty of storage and simple to get to everything. I guess the only thing that I don’t care for is the handle but I use the shoulder strap most of the time anyway.

Feels durable
Fabric and construction feels like it will last. I only wish there was some kind of stiffener or frame. It sags and flops when it is full.

I've been using this bag for almost a year and I absolutely love it. I think it's a handsome looking bag. There's plenty of pockets to store accessories and other items. I use this for work and school. I will say there is a limit to what this bag can comfortably carry. I tried carrying more than one textbook at a time and it fit, but it wasn't comfortable. Depending on what you need to haul, this can be a great bag.

Exceptional bag! Fits my Macbook pro nice, has a sufficient amount of padding and it light weight. I have a ton of bags and can say this is one of the best (if not the best). It's professional enough for meetings and a suit or jeans and a t-shirt.For the reviews that said the handle position was poor... the handle is situated "back" a bit so when you do not have the bag latched and pick it up your contents will not fall out. A bit annoying, yes, but also better than all your items falling out.

So far, so good!
I've had this bag for a little over a month now, and I've been using it for transporting my MacBook Pro to and from work.So far, I have very few complaints. I love the color, the closures, the nearly endless internal storage areas and the smooth, cushioned laptop area.My only gripes so far: The fact that the top handle is not centered at the top of the bag makes it really awkward to carry (not sure what the design team was thinking on this one). Additionally, the strap can occasionally become "twisted" WITHIN the shoulder pad thingy, so keep an eye on that.As I said, no huge issues so far - I'll edit the review as time goes on.

Great Messenger Bag Design!!
After returning a Rothco- I still needed a heavy duty canvas bag for new Mac air - I went back to Mobile Edge Eco. Pros: fits computer with plenty of extra room, numerous pockets on inside and outside, area for pens/pencils/Id card- I also like the clasps that hold the cover securely- nice!! Bag comes with a wide sturdy strap. I also keep all my charging cables inside the bag- so plenty of room for computer, books, magazines, lunch and small puppy!!Bag is made out of a sturdy canvas and has a classic messenger style look! I looked at hundreds of messenger bags and I would strongly reccomended this bag.. I bought two!!
