Q: Will this hold mass loaded vinyl to a part metal part plastic surface such as the inside of a car door?

This is for drywall to drywall glue not for metal/plastic. It dries *very* slowly and assumes porous surfaces. If you want to glue membrane in a car use some automotive specific adhesives, there are plenty of them.

Q: Can it withstand possible moisture? Like sealing around interior side of entrance doors/windows? Or in a bathroom around a fan vent?

I put it around an exterior window. Helped cut down on sound and seems to be holding up well in weather. Have high humidity here. Hope this helps.

Q: What color does this dry? Is it paintable??

Yes it is paintable! Wait till dried. (Usually dries to a rubbery texture) the color it dries to is a off white/medium grey

Q: How many inches of caulk would one tube produce?

I used it on a speaker isolation cabinet (works great!!); about 14 linear feet and I didn’t feel any appreciable weight change. It depends on the bead size you are applying, but I think with a reasonable bead (e.g. joining 3/8” corners), you could get 60 linear feet out of a tube.
