I purchased this product based on a favorable review that indicated results are evident over time. I have been struggling to lose 10 lbs. I started with the 1 pill twice a day, following directions of half hour after meal. On the fourth day, my stomach was extremely distended. This product does not leave room in your stomach for food. I’m a conscientious eater, and believe in small portions. For example, for breakfast I may have a piece of fruit and tea. My stomach became so bloated, it hurt horribly. I began to have painful cramps. I stopped taking it. I gained 10 lbs in the 5 days I took this pill. I do not know if this is a result of the constipation and the bloating which I still have. (stopped taking the pill last Friday) and it’s 5 days after this pill, and still bloated. I did an experiment of putting 2 pills in 8 ounces of water over night (that’s the equivalent of 1 day of pills). Next morning, the water had become an almost solid gelatin mass. I envisioned that’s what happened in my stomach causing it to be distended. My experience may not be yours, but be very careful with this one.

I bought these because I was looking for something to simply curb appetite. Not interested in any magic pill because I eat healthy 80% of the time & workout 3-5 days a weeks. My biggest problem is snacking, especially at night. I decided to continue my success in staying lean I needed something to feel full. I am 5'9 & weigh 174. Im interested in losing 10-15 lbs in combo with excercise & diet. So far, it has curbed my appetite, normally by 10 am I am starving! And by 10pm too. And I havent been since I started this. I took 2 pills, because with 1, I started feeling my hunger pains kick in. I do eat, but willpower can get low sometimes for the wrong foods. Also ordered 'belly blaster' You take at night, has melantonin in it. Will update in 3 weeks. UPDATE 9/14/15 (originally started pills 9/3). So, after 2 weeks of taking these, I have not lost a lot of weight, I am eating well and working out. About 4 lbs tops. The problems for me with these pills is that, yes, you do get full, however, I feel and look full too! The point is that I don't want to look bloated. It stops me from eating too much of the wrong foods but I might as well if I'm going to look and feel bloated. Moving on the garcinia cambodgia 750mg. Purchased on amazon as well for 19.99. Good luck to anyone out there trying to eat right & exercise instead of getting plastic surgery.

The first time I ordered this product the pills were blue. I followed the directions like it said. It definitely helped me feel full. But the second time I orded it the pills were not blue. It's only been 2 days since I have been using the second bottle and it doesn't seem to be keeping me full. I'm still hungry and eat me. Maybe it's just me but the first bottle worked better. The first bottle did make me go to the bathroom alot but I was ok with it.

You can't just take it and get disappointed that it doesn't work. You have to change your diet. Change your eating habits. Cut out snacks, pasta, bread, chips, pizza etc. Poultry, vegetables, seafood, salads will help you lose weight. Exercising will help you lose weight. I was doing all that but was losing 1, 2 lbs a week. I stuck to my diet, continued to exercise and started taking Lipozene. and it went from 1-2 lbs a week to 3-4 lbs a week. But you have to make the effort. I went from 5-7 Miles on the bike to 8-10 Miles. No eating after 9:00 PM. Drink 4 Protein drinks a day. Drink a lot of water. After being stuck on 223 lbs for almost 3 months I am happy to say after a couple of weeks of taking Lipozene I am now 217 Lbs! This is not a miracle drug. There is no miracle drug to lose weight. If it was that easy everybody would do it. You have to work at it. No cheating. Give yourself plenty of time. 2, 3 lbs a week do not sound like much but it adds up after a couple of months. Can't look for quick results. Be patient. Give it time. Do your part and it will work.
