Works as advertised!
Very economical Basic Computer, essentially a laptop without a keyboard or screen. Runs smoothly for basic tasks. The unit does not overheat on for 4 days straight temps low via speedfan.

Fine for *basic* tasks like web browsing
This little box from Trigkey is good value PC for people who just need a basic computer and are on a tight budget. It would be tough to find even an entry-level Chromebook for the same price as this, not to mention that it would be less powerful (if you did find one). It has some upgradeability options, in case you end up needing to expand how much data you can hold on the internal drive. It has a relatively newer Celeron, quad-core processor that actually is pretty decent for things like browsing the web, watching videos from streaming services like YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, etc etc.The size of these little boxes are great for tucking behind a TV or under a monitor, and you still get all the functionality of a full fledged Windows computer. Storage is on the smaller side, but you usually have to step up to around $260 or more for 256GB. However, it is very easy to install a 2.5 inch drive in these mini PCs, they design the bottom so that one will fit and have a cable for you to connect it. I would recommend going with an SSD, rather than a spinning disk drive (you will have faster, more reliable storage if you do). I know some people are really sensitive to fan noise, this one is quiet and not a problem at all for me. Some mini PCs that use older 5th/6th generation Core i3/i5 CPUs can have loud fans, but this newer Celeron processor doesn't require a lot of cooling from the fan.You should have all the ports you would reasonably need with 4x USB ports, all of which support 5Gbps data transfer, 2x HDMI 2.0 ports, and Gigabit Ethernet (as well as Wifi/Bluetooth built-in). If you need some kind of additional I/O, you can always use a USB adapter.I think that most people will be happy with this for the price, as long as they temper their expectations when it comes to using this for more than the basic tasks. It is great for simple things like web browsing, word processing, maybe even some simple 2D games. But it's built for or intended to be used for things like photo/video editing or transcoding. I would install Steam on here either, it's not capable of even 720p gaming, at least, not for modern titles that were released in the last 5-10 years. These integrated graphics from Intel are not very good on these type of chips. You *might* be able to get away with some lighter emulation of much older games. Just be realistic with what you plan to do with this, these type of computers are the cheapest possible way to get a Windows PC. They had to limit a lot of things to be able to sell it to you for so cheap (relative to other laptops/desktops).

Video constantly glitches and goes black
I contacted support just after buying this pc because I can't use it more than a few minutes without dropping the video signal. Tried different monitors and hdmi cords. Tried using both hdmi ports on the pc. This pc would be nice if the video didn't drop out.

It's ok, but I'm not impressed with the processor (TRIGKEY N4 8GB/256GB, Intel Celeron J4125)
I got the TRIGKEY N4 with 8GB DDR4 RAM, 128GB SSD Hard Drive, and Intel Celeron J4125.I don't hate it, but I have two fairly significant complaints.First - I'm not a huge fan of this processor. The Celeron J4125 is adequate for most light applications (Facebook, Netflix, Youtube, email, etc), but will lag if doing a lot of multitasking or running larger games (like minecraft, or even roblox). It's basically on par with my 9 year old Acer laptop. There's nothing inherently wrong with the processor, and it's not that old, released in Q1 2020. But it's slightly slower than the Intel i5-4300M or the Intel i5-24050S (both released in 2013).My second complaint – I'm having some driver issues, even though all my drivers are 100% updated. I know this can lead to blue screen issues because that's exactly what happened with my Beelink brand mini PC. I upgraded this to Windows 11 in hopes that this may resolve some of these issues.Despite my complaints there's lots to like here. I've tested several of these mini PCs, are they're fun and affordable. But the devil is in the details, you may decide this one is fine for you and your needs, and if not I'm confident you can find a good one for under $300. However, keep in mind that for $300 you can get a a very decent windows 10 Dell laptop from their clearance center. All the ones I've tested (including this TRIGKEY) are small and somewhat portable. They run cool. They have ultra low power consumption. I just think the price may be a bit steep for what you get. For under $100 you can find a name brand 11-13" Chromebook.Just make sure not to have unrealistic expectations, do a clear assessment of your needs, and shop around a bit before making a decision.
