GROHE 46312SD0 Pull Out Spray, Stainless Steel

This is a genuine Grohe replacement part and worked perfectly replacing the worn out faucet head of our 22 year old Grohe Lady Lux pull out sprayer. HUGE THANKS to the reviewer who encourages having extra washers on hand. The faucet comes with the internal screen and internal fixed washer it needs however we needed the additional washer for the hose right where they screw together and it leaked until we put it in place. With that, it was super easy and both matches perfectly and works great. Some reviewers mentioned it’s not solid metal but made of plastic with a metal like finish. Whatever it is it looks great and feels substantial. We will see how it wears but it’s a winner for us.

My Grohe fixture was over 20 years old and needed a new head. This head "almost" fit, but leaked down the hose because the barrel sizes were slightly different. This problem was remedied by slipping an O ring (from my shop collection) over the barrel and now it works perfectly. However, the "realsteel" finish is a little darker than the stainless of my original finish, but hardly noticeable. Overall, I'm pleased that I now have a working faucet head that can be pulled out and switched between straight flow and spray, as intended, and that I didn't have to replace the entire faucet fixture.

The original sprayer lasted for14 years until the rubber wore out to switch between spry and full flow). The color is better than the original Grohe handle I had (matches the brushed nickel faucet well). Installation was straight forward (unscrew the holding flange and pull the sprayer off the hose). Clean it up, replace the O ring and done. Definitely get the O ring recommended. It needs that. Then push the sprayer back onto the hose (try not To let the hose retract into the faucet... otherwise you have to fish it out) screw the retaining flange back on, check for leaks and done. 5 minute job. There are YouTube videos out there as well. I’m happy with this. Much cheaper and easier to replace this one piece than the whole faucet.

As too many other buyers have said, it leaked out of the sprayer when the aerator was in use. Also, the filter was just floating around in the box. Could have easily missed it. I rook the advice from another reviewer and ordered the o-rings. Good thing since it leaked around the hose attachment. I returned this and my hats off to Amazon. I got another one the next day. Even though it looks like a return from the box/label condition, at least it works. I expect more for $85.

The Grohe 46312SD0 Pull Out Spray head in Real Steel replaced the original head which was over 10 years old and had sprung a leak. The replacement head, which was easy to swap out, has given us a new faucet at less than 1/2 the price. Our water here is medium-hard which just means that, over time, mineral deposits such as calcium tend to clog or substantially diminish the performance of delicate plumbing such as faucet spray heads. The Grohe company, making quality replacement parts available at reasonable prices, helps prolong the life of its products. My faucet is working like new again. Very pleased.

This was to replace the identical faucet piece that was about 15 years old. The stream worked but not the spray. You could push the button for it to spray but no response, water just kept coming out as a stream. It took a few minutes to get the old one off and put the new one on. I did also get the recommended O ring to replace as well. The only problem was that although the write up said it comes with instructions, there were none. But we got it on just the same.

Cette piece détachée grohé s'ajuste parfaitement au robinet de l'évier.Juste un peu dur à visser,mais avec un peu d'huile cela s'est bien installé. Si cela dure autant que la pièce d'origine ( 9 ans ) ce sera super .

Lo que me gusto es que es equipo original así que solo tuve que quitar el viejo y poner el nuevo, lo que no me gusto el precio ya qué hay el mismo equipo solo que con diferente acabado y es mucho más barato creo que los costos deberían ser más similares
