Can’t wait to share my recommendations for Clean Kidney, this is something I purchased for my mom and this is what she experienced. I got these because as I told my friend about 2 to 3 weeks ago we take supplements for our heart, kidneys , immune system, etc but we never take care of our kidneys. And when they mess up everything goes down with them. I tried another brand that had 10 herbs in it and very surprisingly had none of these. Here is the major difference between the two. That one was more kidney stone focused. This one addresses that as well but has more of a cleaning out /detox of the kidney. I am liking this one better as I do not have kidney stones (that I know of) and hope that trend continues as well as tip top shape for my kidneys. Lets dig into this limited amount of natural ingredients. ( Love it's limited and love it's natural) Surprisingly I had never heard of these and my main deal is skin care and supplements The main ingredient is Birch leaf. This is chock full of vitamin C and helps with hair loss and joint pain and flushing out kidney stones. It has diuretic properties. Next Rupturewort (sounds horrible huh)- Its a big time diuretic so you are flushing out excess water Next Cramp Bark- (sounds even worse huh) this actually helps stop pain from menstrual cramps and kidney inflammation and a mild diuretic Last but not least and my fav is Couch grass. Sounds wonderful huh ? This is sometimes called dog grass as it is what like they eat when they have an upset stomach. This causes bacteria to be released from the kidney and flushed out ! There are 15 tablets in each strip and 4 strips. So I had no sides. The tabs are easy to take. And the only thing I have noticed is having to urinate a bit more. So hopefully if there is anything bad in my kidneys it's coming out. So I highly recommended this and hope this may have been helpful.

I tried this for a few days and got a pain in my kidneys. I don’t think taking random supplements is a good idea.
