Outside diameter
Outside diameter states 12.99” more like 12.75”. Sound like knit picking but my gaffing pan falls in if at the right angle.Also pan scratches easy and rust.

Best for small gatherings
We got these dishes and have used them for one of the function. They make life easier. There are not much chafing dishes out there. We are willing to higher price for better quality. These dished are working well so far. We will know more after a few months but so far no issues.

Elegant Buffet
These were great for my family Christmas party. So much nicer than the disposable ones I generally use. Plus, I like to think I am doing something good (although small) for the environment as these are reusable and are not going to a landfill .
