Works great
I have these switches in the 1,2 and 3 gang versions and all work well. In one case I had a single old very low wattage bulb fitted and it did flash when off but I changed it for a LED bulb and it was fine. Sometimes I am in what I like to call my office and it gets dark so now I have a 2 gang switch fitted and one switch is not wired but I. have it programmed to turn on lights so I can see to go down stairs etc.I have other Moes equipment and the light automatically comes on in the garage when I open the door. I have other functions that only work at night or when I am out etc.The wiring is easy but the lights are thick so need something to give extra space for installation.

Easy to install, look smart, I have one switch that may be faulty
I’ve installed four of these (single gang) switches so far. They’re really simple to install, with or without a neutral wire, it takes about five minutes to swap over an existing light switch. I also found Zigbee pairing very simple and I’m now able to automate stuff with Home Assistant. Everything seems very reliable, overall. The only downside I’ve had is flicker. I have one switch fitted to my office. There is a bathroom next door that uses a regular switch, and another of these zigbee switches in the other room on the same floor. About half the time when the bathroom light is turned on, and the office is off, the office bulb flashes briefly. I added a neutral to see if this helped (it didn’t) and I also swapped around the two live wires in case there was something odd happening there but no, I still get flickering. Oddly the other lights with the Zigbee switch installed don’t suffer from this issue. Very strange. I shall probably swap this out with a spare and see what happens. Not many people are reporting this issue so I suspect it may be a faulty unit rather than a bad design.

Actually smart, multiway control needs a bit of thinking.
Using these switches for a 2-way control, replacing an old pair of physical 2-way switches. You don't need to wire 2 smart switches into the circuit, the switch "A" only has to be one switch controlling Line In and Line Out for the lamp, and then use the Smart Life app to pair the other switch "B" (of course, the other switch needs power, so it makes sense to connect Line In and NEUTRAL so it can draw power). So whenever one of the switches are pressed, they send a message to each other, and they both turn on and turn off at the same time, and the one with Line In + Line Out will do all the actual work. Now the interesting case is if you can't find neutral line anywhere. If one of the switches is 2gang and the other gang (say Line 1) is only used in 1-way, then you can use this 2gang as switch "B". It draws power from the Line 1. And you don't even need to connect anything to Line 2 -- just pair them in app. That was my case. However if both switches are 1gang, and none of them has neutral lines, things become a bit tricky. One way is to connect the 2 switches in parallel so both of them can draw power. Check the rough paint picture I attached. Just note that as both switches are drawing power, the amps flow into lamp will be more, so it is more likely to get flickering and you need a capacitor then.

Looks good but slightly clunky implementation - failed after 1 week
On the face of it, it didnt seem like a *terrible* product, the buttons are a bit plasticky and go with a CLUNK when pressed, the mounting plate is a bit flimsy. We are lucky enough to have neutrals in all our switch boxes so wired up, paired with my z2m zigbee co-ordinator (in Home Assistant) this was great, no issues and the signal was strong, acts as a router too. Note this is DEEP, deeper than wifi smart switches we have around the house. a real struggle to get it into a UK 35mm backbox - needs a shim.Worked fine for a couple of days, then the left button stopped responding. two days later no life from the switch at all and the Zigbee is dead. tried resetting, power off for 60 minutes etc. Nothing. Being - returned for a refund.

Works Wonderfully, But Not a ZigBee Router
I recently purchased the Moesgo ZigBee Smart Light Switch, and while it works wonderfully, there was a bit of a misunderstanding on my part that almost led to a return.Performance:In terms of performance, this light switch is excellent. It responds swiftly to commands, integrates seamlessly with my existing smart home setup, and has a sleek, modern design that fits perfectly in my home. The installation was straightforward, and the switch has been reliable with no connectivity issues.Misunderstanding:However, I initially thought this device also functioned as a ZigBee router, helping to extend my network’s range. Unfortunately, this is not the case. It’s purely a smart light switch and does not provide any additional routing capabilities for other ZigBee devices. This was a bit disappointing as I had hoped to bolster my network with this purchase.Resolution:Despite this, I decided not to return the switch. Instead, I opted to buy some other ZigBee plugs that do act as routers. With these additions, my network coverage improved, and the light switch works perfectly within the extended range. Conclusion:Overall, the Moesgo ZigBee Smart Light Switch is a fantastic product if you’re looking for a reliable and stylish smart switch. Just be aware that it doesn’t act as a ZigBee router. If you need to extend your ZigBee network, you’ll need to look at other devices specifically designed for that purpose. Despite my initial confusion, I’m very happy with my purchase and the switch’s performance.

Keeps switching off the light
I have 2 zigbee hubs, 1 is sonoff pro or whatever and the other is a usb dongle that i use with a raspberry pi 4. First tried with the standalone hub, pair switches switch off automatically after a minute or less. Tought it is a problem with the hub, so I decided to set up a home assistant server with raspberry pi and a ZigBee usb dongle. Same result! Apparently, you need a capacitor (even though it is advertised as 'no capacitor') to avoid this issue. I haven't dealt with since, unpaired from zigbee hub, now the light doesn't switch off automatically. Of course, i cannot control it over the network, which defies any reason i got these switches at the first place. Even worse, there is a delay once you switch it on and off.I also have the 2 button version, which is even worse, could not even pair with either hubs even when the hubs are 1 meter away from it. Cannot switch both lights at the same time, have to wait 1 second or so for each light.Needless to say, if you dont want to spend extra time to setup and fix and optimize (and let's face it, that's why we buy these switches), avoid these switches. Maybe better to go with Philips hue system, even if it is more expensive.

Veio errado / resolvido

Funzionano bene, buon prezzo
Ho sostituito tutti i miei vecchi interruttori Alexa in quanto non erano dimmerabali. Ne ho comprato prima uno e poi ho fatto il chance. Io li trovo molto validi e anche l’App è molto semplice da usare.
