I like the 4000K color and low wattage. Quality could be better. In some fixtures these will flash when first turned on and then burn dimly when next turned on. When replaced with another the same results occur. Can then put CFL in that fixture and no more issues. 90% of time the bulbs work well but do tend to run on the hot side about 50% of the time.

Well, as far as longevity goes, I cannot say because I just started using them today. As a photographer, I am very familiar with light and the color of light. There is nothing I hate more than going to a venue to take photographs only to be confronted by every type of lighting possible. Some yellow, some blue and the old florescent greenish. I wanted to start replacing bulbs in my home and I wanted "white" light. Big box stores offered 5000k Daylight and 3200k warm white. I tried a few daylight bulbs and they were better than the yellowish 3200k bulbs. I got to looking for an in between and found it with this order of 4000k temperature bulbs. A truly white light that give natural colors in my opinion. I would highly recommend giving 4000k bulbs a try in your home for as natural of a color of light as possible.

I like the look of the bulbs, and the price was good for 4000k bulbs. (the option I chose) However, I was disappointed that the box indicated they were rated for 25,000 hours. Looking back at the product description now, I note that part of the description says 25,000 hours, another part says 45,000 hours, and one of the product images says 50,000 hours. When I bought them, I looked for it and saw the 50,000 number, and made a decision to buy based largely on that. They don't appear to be a bad value as is, but had the product information matched the specifications on the product packaging, I might have selected something else.

Exactly what I was looking for. 4000k color temp is the best natural color for light bulbs in my opinion. The bulbs came very well packaged and look and feel of great quality. I will definitely be purchasing more. I bought 18 and need another 6 atleast. I don't get how people still use 2700k. It just reminds me of a smokers home. And the 5000k is like a hospital hallway. 4000k is so hard to find. Thank you very much!One bulb went out on me 4 months down the road and I called customer service to see how the replacement would work. It was too easy. There wasn't even a ring tone, as soon as I dialed the number a rep answered the phone, took my Amazon order number and asked how many I needed. Just requested 1. And that was that. Being in customer service for over 10 years, it's nice to receive the same kind of quick, hassel free customer service I provide as well. Good job Hyperikon!

Purchased the 6-pack 4K bulb set. After one week, one of the bulbs started to flicker. A few days later, the bulb was dead. Based on the attached picture, the bulb was manufactured on 9/2018. Contacted Hyperikon support, and they responded with: "I am sad to inform you that the item you need is currently not in stock and we don't have plans to manufacture it at the moment".The only option is to get a refund on that bulb. Looks like there will be no more 4K bulbs from Hyperikon.Hyperikon is very good as far as their support/warranty, but it is very disappointing that the product quality is not so great. I have previously purchased (via Amazon) other Hyperikon bulbs (i.e. 3K) and have had several fail as well, but again, they are good at replacing/refunding the failed bulb.4K is my preferred color since it is more of a "daylight" color. Much better than the softer yellowish 2700-3000 color. I wish they were a bit more brighter, but they are OK.Update: 7/24/21: I had a couple bulbs that failed a few months ago. Opened a ticket to Hyperikon. They never responded to the ticket. I called their tech support, but it is just a recording that does not accept messages. Not sure what has happened to this company. In the past when I had failed bulbs, they were quick to respond with a replacement or partial refund. I have bought 24 of these bulbs and have had five failed. Two within a year of purchase.

I have been in the process of upgrading all bulbs in my home to LED to many reasons. I stumbled upon the Hyperikon and have made multiple orders over the last year or so. I like the 4000K color temperature and price point is good as well. However lately I’ve had several go out which I have had to replace so I am starting to question the quality of the bulbs as their life expectancy should be much longer.I was surprised to hear directly from Hyperikon shortly after my issues....they let me know that they stand behind their products for 5 years and shipped me replacements plus spares for the failed bulbs. Very respectable and appreciated. Thank you! Their attentiveness to my issues and responsiveness will keep me as a customer.

This will be our 5th Purchase from Hyperikon, We love the materials of the product and most of all the crisp clean white color produced by the led bulbs. The second the lights turn on the rooms feel light and bright as if we had the sun shinning throughout. Not a hint of yellow, just pure white without the hideous blue tint some led bulbs produce. We have since changed every bulb in our house to be more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Hyperikon has many styles to chose from depending on our lighting needs and how we want it to look. From spot lights, to full flood lights, we have found and changed everything out. Im interested to see what our next power bill will be?

Not much to say - these bulbs are quite bright (brighter than the 80w incandescent clear globe bulbs they were replacing in one bathroom, and substantially brighter than a set of 60w incandescents in another bathroom). I love that they use so little power, and while it is true that the white base gets rather warm, this isn’t a big deal as the fixtures completely cover those portions. One of the bulbs in the set I received was DOA, but Hyperikon customer support was VERY responsive, and had a replacement bulb on the way within about a half hour of my initial contact. Can’t ask for better service!
