Great for DIY and water
When you need to buy a wet vac, it's too late to buy a wet vac.Got this for cleaning up DIY dust and sawdust as I didn't want to clog my normal house one. It did quite a good job - not quite as good as my house one which cost nearly 10x as much, but certainly took up the majority and was good value for money.Thought the wet aspect may be useful at some point - sure enough several months later the washing machine leaked a few cm of water all over the kitchen floor. Would have been there for ages with a mop or cloth, but it sucked it all up in no time.Like some of the other reviews said, there was a bit of spray out the exhaust when using wet, but nothing significant. Fine for the odd emergency job, but could see it be a bit annoying if you're doing it regularly.

Seems very good value
Bought this to use in my workshop after the demise of my Clarke vac which had given good service for 2 years before expiring. This was less than half the price and does indeed have a short cord and lightweight plastics but I'm using the better quality items from the Clarke and an extension lead. Seems to work just as well although I never use the wet function, just for dust and chip clearance. Time will tell how long it lasts.

Light vacuum machine with plenty of suction. Spare paper bags are available fit perfectly. The power supply lead is too short which I replaced then made it perfect for cleaning inside my Car. It does suck water from floor, but you have to adapt the vacuum inside, so keep the Instruction booklet handy. Will buy same again from Amazon.

It Sucks!
Yup, definitely sucks. And that's great, because it's exactly what I want it to do.Wife didn't want me using the "house" vacuum in the garage, so I got myself this one and I can use it to help me keep the garage clean. Also great for attaching to power tools, I've already used it with my sander to reduce the amount of dust as I sanded. Can't wait to try it with my circular saw....

Great suction
When set it up ,seemed like it had OK suction ,but then when I came to use it would hardly suck up anything...THEN I REALISED THERE WAS A MASSIVE BLOCKAGE IN PIPE...GREAT SUCTION GOOD HOOVER FOR PRICE....
