Ruggard Hunter Pro 45 DSLR Holster Bag

I bought this for a Canon EOS 70D with the 18-135 lens attached. The fit is good but a little snug zipping close with a Canon neck strap , not room for battery grip or camera skin. There is enough room for extra charged batteries and a memory card. No room for battery charger or other lens. This is a day trip holster not to be confused with a gadget bag. I like the quality of construction and the comfort when walking. I considered getting a Pro 65 with more room for extra stuff but that would defeats the holsters purpose.

I tried a LOT of cases and holsters and kept coming back to this one. It holds my Nikon D5300 with attached 18-140mm lens, *with* the hood on, perfectly. I have a remote shutter release, spare battery, lens pen, a few lens wipes, and some other stuff in the small pouch on the front. I do a lot of backpacking and I attach the Hunter Pro 45 to my pack via 2 s-biners. The multiple attachment points are a huge bonus, and the strap is pretty decent as well. The rain cover is great! I sprayed the holster itself with some waterproofing spray so it beads up in light rainfall, but if the rain gets heavier I can just pop out the rain cover (which I also sprayed with waterproofing spray) and everything stays perfectly dry. The zippers work well. The side mesh pocket holds lens caps and stuff like that- I often throw my UltraPod II tripod in it. The only thing I'd change, and it's minor, would be to add a buckle or something so I can close the top down semi-securely without having to zip it closed. The padding is excellent, this is a durable and rugged case that is definitely worth a look!

Haven't had it long, but really liking this bag. Offers good cousin for camera protection, easy opening/closing zippers, rain cover, and minimal but sufficient accessory pockets. The cradle system works well but my 24-240 lens touches the bottom and isn't quite suspended but works very well still. This was the best bag I found with a belt loop for my size camera and I'm very happy with it. (Sony a7iii w/ Sony 24-240 zoom lens)

Superb construction and features. I’ve traveled with this in ocean, Sandy, salty, and human conditions. It’s held up beautifully so far.

Fits the camera with strap...two extra batteries...remote...and a micro SD card.Comfortable strap, hidden rain cover. Very satisfied with purchase.
