I bought this to keep my elbow straight because I have radial tunnel syndrome. As uncomfortable as arm braces can be, this one is so soft and comfy. It comes with inter-changable metal splints & a second one with flexible metal springs. Metal splint slides easily into the closeable pouch. Foamy fabric makes this wearable all day and perfect for sleeping, not super stiff but it does wrap to adjust for tightness. I noticed right out of the box that this is quality material & threading. Low-profile velcro is semi-soft and flexible-not poky or stiff. Everything looks really well made down to all the details. It is hand washable. Good fit for me-female, 5' 2" 110 lbs. I'm giving it 5 stars because the price and quality is excellent!!!

The straps are long enough to fit around my arm, but the sleeve part is tight. It isn't really stretchy. It's secure and won't slide. I like that there are three levels of support--bendable (no braces, slightly bendable (chain like brace), not bendable (rigid brace). It will probably be hot this summer though, because it's thick and heavy. We'll see it it helps.

I like this product, i have hardened bicep muscle and elbow pain because of workouts. This brace sits comfortably at the joint, the solid bar helps keep the arm straight to relax the muscles. Three straps help set the tension. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are going to wear it overnight, then donot tighten the brace too much, or your arm will fall asleep. I recommend using the soft splints at night. Great product!

I metal detect as a hobby and it does affect my occasional bouts of tennis elbow. I bought this to wear while metal detecting on a 3 day hunt and it did the job to lessen the pain and limit strain on my elbow. I did not use the completely stiff rods. I used it without any rods just to give some support and pressure on the necessary pressure points and also used the flexible rods later afternoon after detecting for several hours to further limit strain and movement. It did help tremendously. It is a bit bulky so best worn under a loose fitting shirt or over the sleeve of a tighter fitting shirt.

I bought this for "computer elbow"/tendonitis and it does help, far more than any other brace I've tried. I'm only giving it 3 stars though for 2 big reasons. The stitching on the inside leads to hot spots when wearing it. I had to use other cloth between me and the brace. The other issue is the velcro is very small and short. After a week, I noticed that the straps don't stay closed nearly as well. Most velcro hooks are large and you can feel them. These are much smaller and you hardly feel anything when touching them. Feels nice but dosen't work as well. I'm still using the brace with self adhering bandage tape on my skin, then brace, then Ace bandage over top to cover the velcro areas to hold it in place.

I had severe elbow inflammation that suddenly sprung up after banging my elbow and couldn’t move it and needed a stabilizer. This was perfect, without it I would never have been able to sleep with the constant nerve pain and throbbing at night. This brace saved my sleep and allowed me to continue to work.

Not sure why pads are placed where they are. This was advertised as for golfer or tennis elbow. I do like the removable splint bars & springs. I'll keep it in case I need it in the future, but for current golf/suitcase elbow it's not helping & I am using my 15 year old band instead. Overpriced.

Having issues with tendonitis and needed an inexpensive bracing solution. It's a decent brace, the sizing seems correct. I like that you can remove the stabilizers in it. It's a bit scratchy at times but not unbearably so. It's a decent alternative to a prescribed brace, especially for the price.
