Great item need some time to learn how to use
YOU MUST READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE. I do not have idea why there are so many brags and complains about this item claims they were so angry because Brother do not give them a charger or a battery unit. Though it is really weird how Brother sell their product as a machine itself alone. However, if you read their description, then you would understand you should buy yourselves accessories. When you collect everything up, this machine works just spectacular, THE BEST mobile printer in the world. I am a real estate agent and retail seller in my real life, so, I may need to print something on the go, thus, I stick my eyes upon this beauty. Because Brother claims it prints up to 8 pages per minute. I would say it is really fast, faster than most desk ink printer. Then, it got my interest to buy it and try out. It cost me 120USD for its battery, 50bucks for the charger and another 30 bucks for the case, 15bucks for 100pages of cut paper. So, I total, I spent like 700USD before it could start work. (I have a miniUSB cable for my mobile scanner and fortunately they are compatible, or you need another 10bucks) Then, it connected and I tried to print my resume, it works just as fast as a desk printer could be. AWESOME, I suppose. However, I unplugged its cable, and use Bluetooth try to connect. Nope, I would have to install some apps first. Tried again failed, restarted my computer and ensure it did connected to the computer. Bing. Works. after few times try, I would prefer to use USB cable instead of not that good bluetooth connection. Some suggestions and pro, cons here. 3 Points. Firstly, you should buy Brother PJ723 as long as you can find a cheap one, since their wireless printing were just awful and useless, it does not worth any extra to invest upon it. Their difference is about 100-150USD. Pros: 1. Crispy and on par with average ink printer quality, about 300DPI. 2. No apparent curly happens after print, unlike most thermal printer do. 3. Super compact and super solid, very high quality impression, even better quality feel than my Fujitsu scanner. Cons: 1. Not always worked Bluetooth, I do not know what caused it and how to debug, it works fluent some time but may not work at all some time. It is headache to use as a Plan B wirelessly. 2. Outdated interface, come on, they should opted to an USB-C port nowadays, even consider their age(released in 2016) they should not use a 10+years old miniUSB port, we all know this port may not live long. 3. Annoying bright signal LED, they do not need that high nits. We know it is worked. 4. nearly like CHEATING or FAKE advertisement about printing lifespan.(700pages, 2% yield, in common sense, it should be 5% coverage at least, and in real senario, you cannot have more than 1 bag of cut papers(100pages) Bottom lines, do not try this printer if your original thought include saving your money, it is a super premium market targeted product, I do not think they even considered cost ever. About alternatives, you should just buy it, before this machine, I had Epson Workforce WF100, that machine is a joke generally versus this one, much heavier,(300%), much lower yield and long statup hours. In a word, Brother PJ763 is a decent mobile printer as a Plan B, highly recommended it.

Product Review
Overall this was a great product. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. For the price it was worth it. Very small and mobile if that’s what you’re looking for then this is your product. PS I didn’t like the seller too much, I would try to go with the actual manufacturer to get it. The seller on here wasn’t to helpful at all. Even suggested that I not get it and find something else. Just a side note Overall good product. Recommend

No Dried Ink, Not Quite Plug and Play, Painful Set-Up but Worth it in the End
There are not too many solutions out there for truly portable printing, and this is the only one that doesn't use any ink. The printer "system" is sold Ala-carte. You MUST be sure of the particular model printer that you want (USB, Bluetooth, WiFi, etc.). Then you must buy the other stuff to make it work: cables, battery, case, paper, power adapter. It isn't inexpensive if you buy new. I didn't. I went with the Brother Roll Case with Anti-Curl, and perforated roll paper. Yes, much more bulky than the little printer by itself. However, keeping a package of single sheets of thermal paper together and undamaged is NOT an easy task. Perforated roll paper makes this much easier. There are a myriad of settings that are buried in the printer, only accessible through a Brother settings computer app. These settings are detailed in the 100 page or so instruction manual. These settings need to be gone through for your intended uses. Some of the print dialog settings while printing from a laptop are not "sticky" and have to be checked. I have mine set to perforated roll paper, but it always reverts to sheet paper. The default non-changeable print margins are different, and printing a page with the roll paper while using sheet paper settings will make the print take up part of the next page. The roll printer setting has a 1" margin at the top and bottom of the page that can't be altered. In the PC computer print dialog, one must select "reduce to printer margins" in order for the roll paper print to fit only on 1 sheet. Yes, it will print from an Android device using the Brother app and a wireless connection. There are not too many parameters that can be changed in the print dialog, so the internal stuff has to be set up in the printer. On the PC, the Bluetooth connection and the USB connection show up as 2 different printers. If the Bluetooth is off and the USB is connected, and the Bluetooth printer is selected, it will not print. I renamed mine to reflect USB or Bluetooth. The internal settings mentioned earlier from the Brother PC printer tools app must be applied to BOTH USB and Bluetooth printers. Fortunately, this copy and paste is easy and detailed in the long set of instructions.
