Q: This product was never delivered to my house, even though the driver marked it as delivered. I was home. What happened?

I've had that happen. Amazon customer service made excuses for the driver. I sent an email and got my product for free.

Q: Is this good to use along side the derma e vitamin e serum or should i just be using one? i guess i'm trying to ask if they do the same thing.

I never used it because it arrived unsealed with messy lid looking as if a finger already went in there. Therefore, I trashed it. I received great service and support. However, I bought the same brand I found on Puritan's Pride and had to pay more. In short, this seller has a better price and good service. You might be lucky to get a cleaner SEALED product than I did. In short, I will try to order with this seller again once I finish the Puritan's one and hope for a clean and better delivery next time. You should give it a try.
