I'd say maybe XXL? The Large was a little tight after washing and I'm 6' 205lbs.

order a size 3 sizes bigger then normally you ware. they shrink substantially. I purchased a mens 2X and it shrinked to a medium-large.

Q: How much do these shrink. My friend is 5. 6. And thin but unsure if i should get a small or med.

They don't shrink much, if at all. However, most T-shirt brands I wear size Large, but Grunt Style T-shirts, I always buy XL.
