Customer service is horrible
1st off let me start by saying the products didn’t work. I contacted customer service and was told to send the products back. I paid for shipping to send the items and she Or whom it is offered me $15 after I spend $51 plus tax’s on products that didn’t suit my hair care needs. Then they said $22. That ain’t even half of the price. So I don’t need the refund fair is fair. Be careful ordering from this company.

Falsely advertised item
This isn’t actual curl essence. This is someone who bought a curl essence bottle and put some other material in it. The real curl essence can only be purchased at Sally’s and is around $5 per product. This is a scam and should be removed from Amazon’s marketplace
