I have high respect for this company. They supported two ring returns I needed to make in order to finally arrive at the ring size I needed. I first ordered a size 11, but that was too small. I then ordered a size 12, but that was too big. I returned both of these sizes and ordered a size 11.5 that fits perfectly.
