The cooler did just fine as advertised but the part where the clip grabs onto the phone broke withing 3 months.Granted that I was careful when opening and closing, it flew right off.I felt that the rubber part where it supposed to hole onto the phone kept it from getting completely flushed to the phone to have full contact.Maybe have the contact part be a little thicker to have that full contact to the cooler and the phone so it'll cool properly.$60 at the time was a lot and still a lot of the product lasted longer or had better modifications to it.

The cooling pad on this thing feels ice cold to the touch as soon as the fans been running even for 10 sec or so. The rgb lights weren't needed but a nice touch either way. Pretty cool device.

I bought both the fan and the phone case expecting them to work well with each other but boy was I surprised. The fan isn’t built to accommodate the extra bill of the case, even though the case is pretty slim. I have to unplug the the thing every time I put it on so it’ll fit, it cools somewhat but for heavy games like PUBGM it doesn’t work Aswell. Would not recommend the case and the fan together.

After a few minutes of the thing running it gets almost ice cold, Keeps my phone cool even while charging and using GPS at the same time

I bought this 9 months ago and used it about 5 times for outdoor gaming events. Like others have mentioned, the tab broke off. I have tried contacting this company through their online portal , chat and phone to obtain an RAM or warranty replacement. During their “business hours”, the chat says error when connecting to an agent, the phone hangs up on you and the website only allows current RAM status recheck rather than allowing a person to make one. Scam alert….

The media could not be loaded. This IS a limited cooler, but worth it if you size compare first.This device was specifically meant for phones (would be nice if contact plate doubled as a magnet and clip flush with other parts when retracted) and specifically for certain shapes, without a case, and primarily in landscape mode.There is little room for adjustments, such as a 90 degree (or articulating) USB-C plug and PCThis is because the phone clip and type-C port have little headroom for thick couplers on cables.NO Synapse Compatibility for PC!I was sold on the idea of adding the device to my current stream setup since I use my extra phones as wifi cameras among other high-use scenarios; instead you use Bluetooth on a separate, albeit simpler yet very lacking android app.This app allows customization of colors and does provide 4 of the most basic patterns which are also highly limited (compared to the PC App).The all does give you a temp reading and also some extra options like an auto shut-off for the fan, based on temperature.The fan housing is somewhat bulky, when considering a phone holder.Basically fine for simple clips, it can even accommodate some more robust, rugged versions while still maintaining good contact with cooling plate and also with phone holder itself.As long as you can figure out how to manage all the variables of the side buttons like the volume rocker or that useless Bigsby button.Battery drain is all over the place, depending on what you use. Since there are mechanical moving parts, it is very important to provide the right voltage or you will get a working device, minus the fan.I prefer not using the type-C passthrough on the phone; this is for more intense long-haul sessions like gaming and streaming anyways so it kinda necessitates the need for external power or battery brick.My main concern is more of an aesthetic one and all the crucial boxes are checked.All in all I like this product and hope to turn some heads at work with my makeshift, hybridized arcade-tech Maintenance & 'mobile Test bench'

This does get real cold real quick.

It works pretty well.
