Skat Blast Medium Carbide Nozzle Pack for Most Siphon Blasters & All Skat Blast Sandblasting Cabinets, Made in USA, 6300-90

I sandblasted 8 truck wheels, which took me about five hours of constant blasting with a 10 hp gas driven compressor. In similar work I would have consumed several ceramic nozzles. I saw no evidence or wear on the carbide. Actually the price is cheap if you do any amount of blasting.

This is a MUST for the skat system, the standard steel and ceramic ones get chewed up quick.I’ve used these for years with great success. Make sure you rotate the Venturi inside every couple hours of use to keep them wearing evenly, also rotate the nozzle to Lee flow even.I wish they offered an even tougher nozzle like boron carbide.
