This product does a good job controlling seasonal allergies
I used this product for controlling seasonal allergies and it does a very good job. I would recommend it to people who prefer using non prescription products. It does not make me sleepy.

It seems to work,
First time I took at night. Big mistake... I didn't sleep well I suppose as I was tired the next day.Got suspicious and researched online and found these give some boost and should be taken during the day. So, I did and seems to hold well and work. Time will tell.

Beware, Large Tablets, Not Capsules
I purchased the tablets rather than the capsules by mistake. This is a great product to reduce histamine for sinus issues however, the tablets are very large and a serving is 3 tablets. I would suggest only the capsules.
