This is the best collagen replacement that I can currently find, and have been using this product for just over 3 months,I do enjoy my collagen shot in the morning with its fruity flavour, after the seven seas CL oil with multi vits. which is not so fruity.Yes, I would and have recommended

It's good.
I have tried many collagens. This one is good enough. My face became brighter and a little bit morefirm. But I exercise so I put benefits more to that rather than to this supplement. Also I found it to be better than other products which are more expensive. Tastes better too.
