Q: Is the sound of microphone clear ?

Talking with my friends when I first got it they said my volume was lower than that of my Sony Golds. We use discord and so you can adjust the other peoples output, so they just turned me up a notch. They could hear me and it was clear just lower than what they were used to.

Q: How does this wireless gaming headset connect to my device?

UG-06 wireless gaming headset has the following three connection modes: 1.Bluetooth Connection Steps: Turn on the bluetooth function of the devices like laptop, tablet and cellphone, pair and connect then it works. 2.Wireless Connection Steps: Plug in the adapter to your PS4/PS5/PC consoles and power on the headset then it works. . And the light on the transmitter will be blue and always on if connected. 3.Wired Connection Steps: Pug in the 3.5mm cable to the headset and your device, then you can hear the sound.

Q: Is the microphone fixed in place or can you move up away when your not using it?

it clicks back into the headset so you can move it up or down.

Check settings. Make sure sound didn't switch to TV speakers and not the headset. Both input and output
